Share your pincode or GPS coordinates. Kunch uses this to rank bakers from nearest to farthest — no wasted browsing.
Scroll through personalised recommendations, filter by category — Cakes, Pastries, Waffles, Muffins, Cookies — or type what you crave.
Tap the call button on any product page. You talk to the baker directly to discuss your order, customisation, and pickup or delivery.
After your order, come back and rate the product. Reviews help other customers and reward quality bakers with visibility.
Kunch is a shop window, not a logistics company. We deliberately do not touch the transaction or the delivery.
Kunch never ships, couriers, or transports any baked goods. Fulfilment is entirely between you and the baker.
We have no tracking system because we never handle orders. Contact your baker directly for status updates.
All payments happen between you and the baker via cash, UPI, or any method you agree upon. Kunch does not touch money.
Kunch earns nothing from individual sales. Bakers keep 100% of every transaction — we are purely a discovery layer.
Bakers manage their own listings. Kunch does not verify stock levels, ingredients, allergens, or portion sizes.
Disputes about quality, quantity, or delivery must be resolved between the customer and baker directly.
While Kunch does not handle orders, we take the health of the platform very seriously.
Our automated systems scan listings for duplicate content, fake prices, misleading titles, and spam. Flagged listings are reviewed and removed promptly.
Bakers who provide a valid 14-digit FSSAI licence are marked Verified. This does not guarantee food safety but signals regulatory compliance.
Only customers with verified accounts can post reviews. One review per product per account. Reviews cannot be purchased or anonymously posted.
Any user can flag a listing or review as inappropriate. Our moderation team reviews flagged content within 48 hours and takes action accordingly.
Authentication is handled by Supabase with Google OAuth and email OTP. Passwords are never stored. Sessions expire automatically.
Bakers who repeatedly violate listing standards, receive spam reports, or abuse the platform are suspended and their listings are removed.
